Hexplan is an ongoing open source project to reduce what I have learned professionally in more than 20 years of consulting experience, as a research professor and avid reader of professional and scientific literature on strategy, innovation, management and business in a systemic problem-solving framework composed of six verticals that allow organizations to think strategically, create consensus and conceive impact moves and transformational initiatives to mobilize people and create sustainable competitive advantage.
